Privacy
What I collect when you ring, message or work with me, why I need it, and how to have it deleted. Written in plain English.
01Who I am
Family-run, North West London. Ahead of Monday is a trading name of Workright.AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17362711, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Workright.AI Ltd is responsible for your information.
To ask anything about it, ring 07473 809500 or email hello@aheadofmonday.co.uk.
02What I collect
- Your name, phone number and email address, if you give them to me.
- What you tell me about your business, in calls, messages and emails.
- The choices you make in the price builder, which arrive in the WhatsApp message you send.
- If you become a client: your business details, the photos, logo and words you send me, invoices and payment records.
This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics.
03Why I use it
- To reply to you and give you a price. This is a step you have asked for before any agreement.
- To build and look after your website once you have agreed. This is needed to do the job.
- To keep invoices and accounts, because the law requires it.
- To show your finished site in my portfolio, only if you have said yes.
I do not sell your details, and I do not add you to a mailing list.
04Who else sees it
Only the services I need to do the work:
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you message me there.
- My phone and email providers.
- The company that hosts the websites I look after.
- Stripe or GoCardless, if you pay by card or Direct Debit.
- My accountant, for invoices and tax.
- Google, which supplies the fonts this site uses and so sees your IP address when the page loads.
Some of these companies store data outside the UK. They do so under the safeguards UK law requires.
05How long I keep it
- Enquiries that do not go further: deleted after 12 months.
- Client records and invoices: kept for 6 years after our work ends, because the law requires it for accounts.
- Your photos and content: kept while I look after your site, then handed to you and deleted when you leave.
06Your rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how I use it. Ring or email and I will deal with it within a month.
If you are not happy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
